How do I know what size to buy?

What is the shipping time for orders?
We offer express shipping within 1-4 days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I wash my harness?
Hand wash only in cold water. Please remove velcro label prior to washing. Velcro labels are not to be washed but may be wiped down.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed we aim to process it within 24 hours and may not be able to change or cancel your order.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with lifetime warranty. If you experience any defects or issues, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the "Track Order" located on our website
What is your returns policy?
